Who We Assist
We assist adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities ages 18 and older. We do provide transitional services for those slightly younger as they are finishing school.
What We Do
We offer a Monday-Friday Day Service Program for skill building, and community enrichment opportunities, and 1:1 employment support to assist our clients in accessing and engaging in their communities.

Happy Holidays from Hope DAC Everyone, and welcome to our Website!
We are so thankful this year to be a part of life here in SW Minnesota. Both locations have seen an increase in clients this year, as we begin returning closer to pre-Covid levels. As we anticipate continued growth in 2024, we are looking for more staff to join our Hope/ECCO families. We find so many things to be thankful for – the special people we get to be with during the week, as we assist them in being active parts of their communities, growing and learning. We in turn learn so much about them and get to be there to witness these moments. If we get to be with your loved one, THANK YOU. We consider it a privilege and an honor to share life with them.
As 2024 becomes closer in our minds and calendars, we ask each person to slow down and enjoy these final few weeks of 2023, reflecting on the wonderful things that were a part of our year.

Hire Our Clients
Our clients are seeking community-based employment opportunities, from one-time projects to regularly scheduled shifts, that fit their capabilities. Such as cleaning jobs (vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, bathrooms, wiping down tables) and simple administrative tasks like stuffing envelopes, folding papers (programs and bulletins) and shredding documents.
