When you walk into one of our facilities, the first thing you notice is the joy that permeates throughout the building as you hear the laughter and witness the hugs firsthand – and maybe even receive one yourself! Clients greet friends and staff with big smiles while settling in for the day’s activities that provide ample opportunities for socializing and skill-building. This is by design because we know our clients consider Hope DAC/ECCO a secondary home, and we take great pride in creating a safe and welcoming environment, where clients feel heard and seen and most importantly – valued – every day.

We recognize the uniqueness of every client and take their individual needs, interests and abilities into consideration when working with their case worker to develop a tailored plan with the ultimate goal of helping each client improve their quality of life and thrive within the community. Our staff work hard to meet our clients varying needs, while making Hope DAC a fun place to be.
